This page explains what Carib Soul BK (“we”) collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, the details of your reservation, birthday, private event or message, any dish feedback, and, if you choose, your birthday month.

How we use it

To answer and confirm your request. If you tick an email or text opt-in, we also use your email or mobile number to send news, events and offers. We record the wording you agreed to and when.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text news, events and offers from Carib Soul BK at the mobile number you give us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is stored with the service providers we use to run the business (such as our form, spreadsheet, email and text-message tools) only so they can provide those services to us.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us or 845-592-5517.
